About Louise

Louise Thompson has been an Associate Real Estate Broker since 2019. She loves helping buyers, selers and investors to achieve their real estate goals.
To better serve older adults, she became a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). In 2024, Louise became a Senior Home Coach™. Using these specializations and her experience working in assisted living/skilled care and for the Alzheimer’s Association, she coaches clients to explore care and housing options that better fit their current and future needs. Louise also completed training to become a Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS) to recommend home modifications to help older adults age-in-place. She aso assists with right-sizing, such as upsizing so family can live with the older adult, downsizing to a more manageable home, or relocating to an active adult community, assisted living, or skilled care. Using her relationships with businesses and organizations, she connects the older adults and their families with assistance, such as elder law attorneys, financial advisors, home health agencies, non-medical in-home care, contractors, moving companies, and other service providers. Louise is also a Certified Probate Specialist, assisting with estates, guardianships, and probate. Through the Gateway to Hope University, Louise completed Mental Health Coach training specializing Aging and Elder Care in January 2026.
