About Susan

I have over 30 years of expertise in the real estate industry. Over the years I have earned many awards within a franchise, including the Leaders Circle award (repeated times), one of the highest level of awards afforded to agents. I am committed to the community that I live and work in and I demonstrate this by being active on multiple boards and involving myself in multiple community groups. With my years in real estate, I have learned how to be detail oriented, proactive and a strong advocate for my clients.

I understand that buying and selling real estate can be a stressful experience. As a full-time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as enjoyable as possible, by using excellent communication and being accessible. Further I employ a full-time, fully licensed assistant to be sure nothing will ever fall through the cracks.

I have been a lifelong resident of Henry County and earned my degree in Marketing/Business Administration from Ball State University. I recognize the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Henry and surrounding counties.

When not assisting clients, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their family, entertaining their friends, and traveling.

I understand the great trust you put in me when I represent you in the sale/purchase of your home, and I take that very seriously. It would be a pleasure and honor to work with you.

Last year, Susan managed over 91 transactions amounting to just shy of 22 million dollars. In 2023 her residential listings averaged 13 days on the market and her clients received an average of 99.8% of their listing price on the sale.
